Guidelines and Regulations

1. Eligibility Criteria: The Performance showcase is open to all U.S. and International Kpop dance teams.

2. Submission Procedure: Qualified teams are required to submit their application online within the submission window, from August 20st, 2025, to September 3rd, 2025, at 11:59PM (Central Time).

3. Selection Process: Admission to the Performance category is subject to a selection process and is not guaranteed. Finalists will be notified individually via email by September 6th.

4. Performance Rules and Regulations:

   • Each group will be allotted one performance set, lasting up to 5 minutes.

   • The performance, inclusive of dance, music, and attire, should be appropriate for all ages.

   • The chosen music must be a Korean culture related or K-pop song(s).

   • The team must be comprised of a minimum of five members.

   • The individual participants are prohibited from participating in multiple teams.

   • Teams will be responsible for all related travel expenses.

   • The team must be physically present on the day of the event.

   General Terms:

   • Midwest K-Culture Foundation LLC and MOAC Mall Holdings LLC and any of its affiliates bear no responsibility for any injury, including death, suffered by any participant during the contest.

   • By submitting your application, each participant unconditionally and perpetually absolves and indemnifies Midwest K-Culture Foundation LLC, their parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, agents, MOAC Mall Holdings LLC and any of its affiliates, promotional and advertising agencies, affiliates, contest suppliers, and all respective employees, officers, directors, managers, members, owners, and agents from and against all claims, damages, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from their participation and/or entry in the contest and/or receipt or use of any prize awarded in the contest.
